Thai Massage and Acro Therapeutics Workshop
Sat, Aug 22 at 1 PM - 4 PM
Angela will guide us through a Thai massage sequence where we will learn to gradually melt into the muscles and give gentle stretching.
This type of massage enhances muscle release and healing while also focusing on our own form. it feels almost as good to give as to receive!
Phil will take those Thai bodywork skills into flight with acroyoga, allowing us to lift our flier above us. This gives the base new perspectives and new leverages when working on the flier. The flier has the opportunity to hang, allowing them to relax deeper and be moved in new ways.
No Partner necessary. No experience necessary. There will be snacks!
Instruction: 1-3pm
Jam*: 3-4pm
$25/Person
*Jam Only - $5/Person for people with prior experience
Wear clothing that is comfortable whether you are upright or upside down.
