Workshops include:

1) 3Hi Masterclass
Saturday March 28th 6-7:30pm
Pre Recs: Solid 2 High
This 1.5hr class is focused entirely on 3his and all of the best drills to achieve them!

2) Partner Acrobatics and Creative Hand to Hand
Sunday 29th 4:30-6:00pm
Pre Recs: None
This class is focused on creative acrobatic partnering. Focusing on pathways and acrobatic ideas rather than stock standard hand to hand. Lots of fun tricks in this one!

3) Tumbling and Acrobatic Research ($50)
Friday April 3rd 5:30-6:50
This class will cover different ways to move across the floor and interesting acrobatic pathways that aren’t hard on the body!

4) Fourpoint/Tarp Masterclasses
Friday April 3rd 7-8:30
Pre Recs: None
This class focuses on fourpoint which is a base acrobatic trick focusing on four bases throwing one flyer. It’s great for people who want to base but without all of the responsibilities. A team of four flyers can throw someone bigger than all of them put together!

5) Banquine Masterclasses
Sunday April 5th 6-7:30
Pre Recs: None
This class will go over the basics of banquine. A few ways in and out of banquine. Preps for straight jumps, front tuck to bum and back salutes. We will have a set of lines stationed so the last half of the class we can try tricks in lines!

6) Toss, Swings and Flings
Friday April 10th 5:30-7
Pre Recs: None
This class will focus on toss sequences and basic swing positioning and by the end of the class we will be flinging people around the room!

7) 3Hi Masterclass
