Thai Massage
Angela will guide us through a Thai massage sequence where we will learn to gradually pour weight into the muscles of our recipients and provide gentle stretching. This type of massage enhances muscle release and healing while still being in our bodies so that it feels almost as good to give as to receive.
Flying Therapeutics
Phil will take those Thai bodywork skills into flight with acroyoga, allowing us to lift our flier above us. This gives the base new perspectives and new leverages when working on the flier. The flier has the opportunity to hang, allowing them to relax deeper and be moved in new ways.
Thai & Fly Jam
After the workshop, we will have 3-4pm to practice and hangout. There will be snacks!
King Spa Outing
After that, whoever would like can join us for an outing to King Spa & Sauna in Niles, IL. Admission is a separate fee. Check Groupon for deals. Feel free to meet us there around 5pm if you can’t attend the workshop!

Session 1, January 18: Banquine Basics
Tempos, straight jumps, butt downs, big group launches to lots of catchers. No pre-reqs at all! We'll do some other trio tricks too!
Session 2, January 25: Skills Back to Platform
Emphasis on jumps and back tucks back to platform in safety lines or with a spot as needed. Also backflips/frontflips to basket catches.
Pre-reqs: attend the first workshop on 1/18 or some prior banquine experience
Taught by Sierra Rhoades, Kevin Flanagan, and Liam Bradley of Full Out Formula
