Thai Massage

Angela will guide us through a Thai massage sequence where we will learn to gradually pour weight into the muscles of our recipients and provide gentle stretching. This type of massage enhances muscle release and healing while still being in our bodies so that it feels almost as good to give as to receive.

Flying Therapeutics

Phil will take those Thai bodywork skills into flight with acroyoga, allowing us to lift our flier above us. This gives the base new perspectives and new leverages when working on the flier. The flier has the opportunity to hang, allowing them to relax deeper and be moved in new ways.

Thai & Fly Jam

After the workshop, we will have 3-4pm to practice and hangout. There will be snacks!

King Spa Outing

After that, whoever would like can join us for an outing to King Spa & Sauna in Niles, IL. Admission is a separate fee. Check Groupon for deals. Feel free to meet us there around 5pm if you can’t attend the workshop!
